At NECS we encourage the wearing of a school uniform, as this helps create a sense of belonging. Furthermore, wearing a school uniform on excursions assists in making the students more visible and easily identifiable.
Our school colours are yellow and black. New uniforms can be purchased from our Front Office using EFTPOS or cash.
Students can also wear a plain yellow or black polo shirt.
We encourage either black or navy trackpants, leggings, shorts or skirts.

Sunhats
NECS supplies all students from preschool to year 2, with their own labelled bucket hat. This hat stays at school at the end of each day.
Second hand uniforms
NECS has a second-hand uniform shop with items to purchase at a discounted rate of $2 per item. Feel free to have a chat with our Front Office staff and we can show you to this location.
If your child has grown out of a size or you are leaving the school, we accept uniform donations. Please drop these off to our Front Office during school hours.
Footwear
Sneakers, leather shoes, boots and other footwear with an enclosed toe and heel are the most suitable shoes for school. Crocs, thongs or open backed sandals are gently discouraged, as they can cause injury.
Please ensure all clothing is labelled with your child's name, our lost property can grow throughout the year! Items that are not labelled will be placed into the second-hand uniform shop.
